Boutique Pilates

Our clean, modern studio offers small group mat and Apparatus (Reformer/Tower) classes (maximum 6 people), duets, trios, and private sessions using the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Wunda Chair.

All sessions are taught in English by highly trained teachers who stay true to the integrity of the original Pilates method, with a focus on safety, functional fitness, and personalized attention.
